Auerswald’s Ringer Kunst

Unterrichtssprache: Englisch

Unterbringung: Ist grundsätzlich selbst zu organisieren.

Verpflegung: Selbstversorgung bzw. Samstag Abend gemeinsamer Lokalbesuch.

(FR) Reims, I.33 Collegium (2nd Edition) – for Sword and Buckler
Apr 15 um 9:00 – Apr 16 um 18:00

Details (Registration is closing 31/03)

Ex Machina and Alte Schule are very pleased to invite you to the second edition of the I.33 Collegium, held in Reims on April 2017, 15th-16th.

We want to propose a privileged moment of exchanges between people who practice this very particular source. During these two days, we will have technical workshops, exchanges upon our different interpretations and, of course, spaces dedicated to free plays. According to the wishes of the attendees, we will organise other elements (maybe lecture or cutting tests).

Wishing to encourage exchanges betweens peers, we chose to name this gathering “Collegium”, as a reference to medieval University Colleges where grew the thinking and rationalization of the “arte dimicatoria” shown in the I.33. So, again, people from different spaces will be altogether to work this system, to progress and exchange, studying martial basics and pieces of fencing.

No need to be a most experienced fighter to take part of the Collegium. But, there will be no classic HEMA class scheme “instructor – attendees”, simply works between fencers, fighters, researchers or martial artists. Note that, due to the fact that it is an international event, most of the exchanges will be done in English.

Feel free to post in this page to share your thoughs and your wishes for the event. The program will be done in collaboration with you !

Be sure that we are very impatient to meet you at this rendez-vous to discuss and exchange upon this wonderful source !
